Pricing FAQ

Yes, there is a one-time onboarding fee of $500 for Starter and $750 for Growth plans. This covers account auditing, strategy development, brand guideline creation, and initial content planning. Enterprise onboarding fees are discussed during the consultation phase and depend on the scope of work.
We recommend a minimum three-month commitment to allow adequate time for strategy implementation and meaningful results. However, we don't lock clients into lengthy contracts. After the initial period, services continue on a month-to-month basis with 30 days' written notice to cancel.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the new pricing will take effect from the following billing cycle. Downgrades can also be arranged with 30 days' notice. We'll work with you to ensure the transition is seamless.
No, the monthly fees cover our management and creative services. Advertising spend (the budget paid directly to platforms like Meta or TikTok) is separate. We'll help you determine an appropriate ad budget based on your goals and manage it efficiently. The Growth plan includes management of up to $3,000 in monthly ad spend.
We accept bank transfer (EFT), credit card, and direct debit. Invoices are issued monthly in advance on the first business day of each month, with payment due within 14 days. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST.
